This project consists of new
construction of a middle school campus, including eleven
steel-framed buildings, totaling approx. 84,000 s.f. Building roofs
are metal shake and built-up.
Building functions include:
- Student Services
- Classrooms and Laboratories
- Library
- Multi-Purpose building with
stage, music, and cafeteria functions
- Shower / Locker / Toilets
Outside athletic areas include:
- Seven full-size
basketball/volleyball courts
- Two tennis courts
- 22 wall ball courts
- One baseball field
Also included is grading and
improvements to a 14-acre site, ancillary facilities, and
landscaping. |
