This
multiple-phased project included six new 3-story bachelor enlisted quarters
(BEQs), a commons building, and a utilities building. Buildings were
constructed of concrete masonry unit walls, cast-in-place floors,
pre-finished metal roof over steel truss framing, and with typical
architectural finishes and specialties. Buildings were sited amongst
existing BEQ facilities, and site restraints required close subcontractor
coordination and scheduling.
