This
pump station provides increased wastewater capacity for residents
along the I-15 corridor through the year 2050. The station is able to collect
approximately 32 million gallons a day of wastewater from the San Diego
communities of Scripps Ranch, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Sabre Springs,
Peñasquitos and Miramar, as well as the City of Poway, and send the sewage
to the North City Water Reclamation Plant for treatment.
