Subcontractors
should be familiar with state and federal wage compliance requirements. C. E. Wylie Construction Co. requires ALL
subcontractors to be prepared to furnish performance and payment bonds
issued by an admitted corporate surety in the amount of their bid. C. E. Wylie Construction Co., at its sole discretion, reserves the right to
waive the requirement for such bonds, to permit substitute security or to
accept alternate guarantees in lieu of such bonds.

Construction Co. maintains a plan room that is available for
subcontractor use. Plans are available for all projects on our bid schedule.
Our plan room hours are 7 a.m. to
4 p.m. Monday through
Friday. The plan room is closed on bid days. Please
call 858.571.4911 to make an appointment (or e-mail us at estimating@cewylie.com).
